The return of the blue 1

And she smiles her vestigeal smile,
Copied and pasted unto hundred faces,
The yellow dimness hidden by apparant brilliance,
Which the prisms in the heart fail to disperse.

And the jealousy bears its green fangs,
Red eyes circle for that which is naught,
And she lies on the bed of yellow grass,
Hoping to see the earthworms still alive.

The sky is a violet green
And it shrouds the darkness of beyond,
False hopes, false worlds, false words,
And she shines those blank eyes up above.

The eagles had stopped coming, its been a while,
There are no hotels in california
Which will take her in, let her sleep,
And let her have a moment's peace.

The dark cupboard is enticing, inciting;
Shutting the doors to lock out the world,
She found the darkness comforting
Than the green light from the purple sky.

And when she finally opened
She found a smiling face
Holding a small sapling green, a green
Which was different from what she had seen.

And under the violet moon,
She could see the glimpse of the blue star,
And cry a true smile
For the blue had returned.
