In the cold night breeze,
The moon finally breaks free,
Beneath the patchy sky,
The tired body sleeps.
A distant howl echoes around,
Piercing the silence thick,
I slip into the ethereal trance,
From her white hot smile.
She softly kisses through
The tired eyelids now half closed,
Swirling dots of shinning white,
The Moon Fairies descend.
And they sang to me
"Dont cry my pretty,
Even the moon has black dots,
But she smiles ever so brightly."
