Lost And Out in the Smiling Lights

This is my second attemp to write a lyrics for a tune that floated into my mind.....the tune this time wasnt so nice. :( nyways...the lyrics is somewhat of a poem...so here it is.

Lost and out the smiling lights,

Drinks your blood and steals your eyes.

The vain attempts, the wail and cry,

There's no reason now to justify.

And now that you're running once again,

You can feel the heat, you can feel the pain,

The hot and flowing burning winds,

Boils your heart and burns your eyes.

You dive deep in the melting ice,

You can see the light and the walls of lies,

You see the walls are closing in,

You still grab on to this freaking life.

You burn and break and fall in pain,

And yet you still crawl back again,

You dont get to ask the why and how,

You just know u have to do it now.

And underneath the falling sky,

You flash the smile which brings on light,

You act so cool like you dont know why,

There's aching pain in your heart and mind.

You dive deep in the melting ice,

You can see the light and the wall of lies,

You see those walls are closing in,

You still grab on to this freaking life.
